60. Maryland Dorchester County, To wit: On this 15.th day of February 1848 personally appears before me the subscriber one of the Justices of the Peace in and for said County William Collison and acknowledges the foregoing and above instrument of writing to be his Act and deed according to the true intent and meaning thereof and the Acts of Assembly in such cases made and provided. Taken and acknowledged before Robert Bell J. P. Levin W. Tall Be it remembered that the following Bill of 65 from Ex.d Sale was recorded on the 24.th day of February 1848. Garrison Bright Know all men by these presents I Garrison Bright of Dorchester County in the State of Maryland for and in consideration of the sum of one hundred dollars current money to me in hand paid by Levin W. Tall of the County and state aforesaid said at and before the seling and delivering of theas presents the receipt whearof I the said Garrison Bright do hereby acknoledge and by theas presents do grant bargan and sell unto the said Levin W. Tall all of the following property to wit one dark bay Mar one red Horse one red Cow one old deap red cow one young red Stear yearling one dark brindle one red bull yearling one dark brindle yearling Bull one pide bull yearling one black Stear with white case one black Stear one cart seven head of Sheep sixteen head of hogs one Fodder house and twelve barrels of Corn and two thirds of Crop of wheat seaded on the ground "to have & to hold all of said property unto the said Levin W. Tall his hears and Assigns forever free and clear of all incumbrances from me the said Garrison Bright my hears and Assigns forever or any other person claimg of the same either at law or Equity" in Witness whereof the said Garrison Bright hath hearunto set his hand and affixed his seal the Eight day of February in the year of Our Lord Eighteen hundred and forty eight his Signed sealed & delivered in the Garrison x Bright (Seal) presents of Richard Tall mark Maryland Dorchester County To wit Be it remembered and it is hereby certified that on this Eighth day of February in the year of Our Lord Eighteen hundred and forty eight before me the subscriber a Justice of the Peace in and for said County personally appeared Garrison Bright party grantor to the within Bill of sale or instrument of Righting and acknoledges the same to be his act and dead and the propperty thearin barganed and sold to be the right and estate of the within Levin W. Tall according to the true intents and meaning of the same and the Act of Assembly in such cases made & provided.
