AN ORDINANCE concerning:

Economic Development Incentive Loan Program

FOR the purpose of creating an Economic Development Incentive Loan Fund;
transferring certain monies from the Small Business Loan Fund to the Economic
Development Incentive Loan Fund; authorizing the County Executive to enter into
a certain grant agreement with a non-profit economic development corporation to
provide an Economic Development Incentive Loan Program; providing for the use
of personnel of the Office of Economic Development by the corporation in the
administration of the program; and generally relating to the creation, funding and
administration of a private Economic Development Incentive Loan program.
