AN ORDINANCE concerning:

Utilities - Mayo Water Reclamation Subdistrict

FOR the purpose of fixing certain connection charges in the Mayo Wastewater Treatment
system; defining certain terms; providing for the time of payment for certain
connection charges; altering the conditions under which the unpaid balance of
connection charges becomes due and payable; correcting certain errors; and
generally relating to the Mayo Water Reclamation Subdistrict.

BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments

Article 6, § 5-208.1(a)(3) and (4), (e), (f), (g)(1), and (k)(2)

Personnel - Binding Arbitration of Grievances

FOR the purpose of implementing the binding arbitration Charter amendment passed as
Question "J" at the General Election in November, 1992; defining how the
arbitrator is chosen and the scope of the arbitrator's authority; providing for the
parties to share equally the fee and expenses of the arbitrator and to bear their
other expenses individually; and generally relating to the binding arbitration of
matters otherwise subject to the jurisdiction of the Personnel Board.
