14-105.

The interest or other income from the investment of any funds of the University
shall be credited to the University, provided that any interest estimated to be earned on
the State appropriation must be offset by an equivalent reduction in State General Fund
support[, and such amount will be reported annually, subject to § 2-1312 of the State
Government Article, to the General Assembly].

16-407.

(a) [(4) The Maryland Higher Education Commission shall report annually,
subject to § 2-1312 of the State Government Article, to the Legislative Policy Committee
on the total number of participants in the Nonresident Tuition Reduction and State Aid
Program and the status of graduates with an outstanding obligation for work within the
State or payment of tuition reduction under this section.]

[21-307.

(a)     To enhance the public interest, it is the policy of the State:

(1)     To promote the availability of employment and rehabilitation services
for disabled individuals who are in need of these services; and

(2)     To develop, for public and private sector participation, alternative ways
and means to finance and expand existing services and programs for the disabled.

(b)     (1) There is a Rehabilitation and Employment Advisory Commission within
the Division of Rehabilitation Services of the Department.

(2) The Commission consists of:

(i) 1 member of the Senate of Maryland, appointed by the President
of the Senate, and 1 member of the House of Delegates, appointed by the Speaker of the
House;

(ii) The State Superintendent of Schools or the Superintendent's
designee;

(iii) The Assistant State Superintendent for the Division of
Rehabilitation Services;

(iv) The Director of the Mental Hygiene Administration or the
Director's designee;

(v) The Director of the Developmental Disabilities Administration or
the Director's designee;

(vi) 1 representative each from 2 different organizations that provide
community program services, appointed by the Governor;

(vii) 2 representatives of consumers receiving rehabilitation services,
appointed by the Governor;
