Trustees of the State Retirement and Pension System to sell, lease, transfer,
exchange, or otherwise dispose of certain real or personal property in a certain
manner; providing for the ratification, confirmation of any sale, lease, transfer,
exchange, or other disposition of real or personal property made prior to the
effective date of this Act; altering the procurement exemption granted to the Board
of Trustees for services related to the management of the assets of the State
Retirement and Pension System; requiring that direct owned real estate purchased
as an investment by the State Retirement and Pension System be managed by
certain investment managers; providing for the application of this Act; and generally
relating to investments of the State Retirement and Pension System.
