Ch. 142 1994 LAWS OF MARYLAND (3) the agency or the Office mailed the notice to the address of record; and (4) the agency did not have actual notice of the change of address prior to 10-225. (a) Upon a finding by the Governor that there is an imminent threat within a time (b) A suspension under this section is effective only so long as, and to the extent, (c) The executive order shall explain the basis for the Governor's finding and (d) The Governor shall declare the termination of a suspension when it is no (e) .
