Maryland Zoological Society to repair and renovate the Mansion

(O) (N) Caroline County Detention Center. Provide a grant to the
Board of County Commissioners of Caroline County for the
expansion of, and for the acquisition and installation of capital
equipment, in the Caroline County Detention Center. The grantee
shall provide a matching fund of $245,000 for this purpose

(P) (O) Eastern Shore Baseball Stadium. Provide a grant to the County
Council of Wicomico County for the design and construction of and
purchase of capital equipment for a minor league baseball stadium,
subject to the requirement that the grantee and/or the Mayor and City
Council of Salisbury provide an equal and matching fund for the same
purpose. Notwithstanding the provisions of Section 1(5)(a) of this Act,
the matching fund may include funds expended prior to the effective

(Q) (P) Canal Place Historic Preservation District. Provide a grant to the
Canal Place Preservation and Development Authority for acquisition
of property within the Canal Place Historic Preservation District, and
the design, construction, and renovation of, and purchase of capital
equipment for, public improvements within the Canal Place Historic
Preservation District in Allegany County (Allegany County)................

(S) (Q) Montgomery Conference Center. Provide a grant to the County
Executive and County Council of Montgomery County to assist in the
preliminary design of a new conference center in Montgomery County,
subject to the requirement that the grantee provide an equal and
matching fund for this purpose. The County Executive and County
Council of Montgomery County may delegate management of this
project, in part or in whole, including consulting services, to the
Maryland Stadium Authority. The Maryland Stadium Authority may
expend this appropriation, the matching fund, and any other funds
provided for this purpose; enter into contracts; engage consultants;
make recommendations; and take other actions related to the purpose
of this appropriation (Montgomery County).........................................

(R) Hart-Miller Island Beach Replenishment. Provide a grant to the
County Executive and County Council of Baltimore County to design
