construction, and equipping of improvements at the Baltimore Zoo
for the Earth Conservation Center, subject to the requirement that
the grantee and/or the Mayor and City Council of Baltimore
provide an equal and matching fund for this purpose (Baltimore

(G) (F) Baltimore Zoo - Small Development Projects. Provide a grant
to the Maryland Zoological Society to assist in the design,
construction, and equipping of small development projects and
repair and renovation of the Mansion house at the Baltimore Zoo

(H) (G) Peabody Institute Fund. Provide funds toward the purchase
of the art collection of the Peabody Institute of The Johns Hopkins
University. This authorization shall not terminate before
December 31, 1996 (Baltimore City).................................................

(I) (H) Allegany County Detention Center. Provide a grant to the
Board of County Commissioners of Allegany County to design,
construct, and equip the Allegany County Detention Center,
subject to the requirement that the grantee provide a matching
fund of $358,000 for this purpose (Allegany County)......................

(J) (I) Frederick County Detention Center. Provide a grant to the
Board of County Commissioners of Frederick County to design,
construct, and equip the renovation and expansion of the
Frederick County Detention Center, subject to the requirement
that the grantee provide a matching fund of $921,000 for this

(K) (J) Harford County Detention Center. Provide a grant to the
County Executive and County Council of Harford County to
design, construct, provide construction management services, and
equip the renovation and expansion of the Harford County
Detention Center, subject to the requirement that the grantee
provide a matching fund of $4,290,000 for this purpose (Harford

(L) (K) Wicomico County Detention Center. Provide a grant to the
County Council of Wicomico County to design, construct, and
equip the renovation and expansion of the Wicomico County
Detention Center, subject to the requirement that the grantee

(M) (L) Sinai Hospital Redevelopment. Provide a grant to Sinai
Hospital of Baltimore, Inc., to assist in the design, renovation,
