(D)     THE HOLDER SHALL PROVIDE FOOD AS WELL AS ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES
FOR CONSUMPTION AT THE CATERED EVENT.

(E)     A HOLDER MAY EXERCISE THE PRIVILEGES UNDER THIS LICENSE ONLY
DURING THE HOURS AND DAYS THAT ARE PERMITTED IN THIS ARTICLE FOR A
CLASS B RESTAURANT OR HOTEL (ON-SALE) BEER, WINE AND LIQUOR LICENSE.

(F)      THIS SECTION DOES NOT REQUIRE A HOLDER OF AN EXISTING CLASS B
(ON-SALE) BEER, WINE AND LIQUOR LICENSE TO HAVE A CATERER'S LICENSE FOR
CATERING ON THE PREMISES THAT IS COVERED BY THE EXISTING LICENSE.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take effect
October 1, 1994.

AN ACT concerning

Montgomery County - Work Release and Prerelease Program - Personnel

MC 420-94

FOR the purpose of eliminating references to the obsolete position of Deputy Director
for prerelease of the Montgomery County Department of Correction and
Rehabilitation; providing for the work release and prerelease program authority of
the Director of the Department or an authorized representative of the Director;
making stylistic changes; and generally relating to the authority of personnel of the
Montgomery County Department of Correction and Rehabilitation in the work
release and prerelease program.

BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,
Article 27 - Crimes and Punishments
Section 645T(a)
Annotated Code of Maryland
(1992 Replacement Volume and 1993 Supplement)

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That the Laws of Maryland read as follows:

Article 27 - Crimes and Punishments

645T.

(a) In Montgomery County, whenever a person is detained or sentenced to the
Montgomery County Department of Correction and Rehabilitation by any court in the
County, the judge ordering the confinement or[,] if [he] THE JUDGE is unable to act,
