[(e)](F) The provisions of this section shall in no way interfere with the duties of
the office of the Chief Medical Examiner. In sudden deaths under the jurisdiction of the
office of the Chief Medical Examiner as provided in § 5-309 of this article, notification
will be made to the office of the Chief Medical Examiner prior to organ removal.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take effect
October 1, 1994.

AN ACT concerning

Elections - Montgomery County - Democratic Central Committee

MC 402-94

FOR the purpose of altering the number of members of the Democratic party central
committee for Montgomery County; and making stylistic changes.

BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,
Article 33 - Election Code
Section 11-2(h).
Annotated Code of Maryland
(1990 Replacement Volume and 1993 Supplement)

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That the Laws of Maryland read as follows:

Article 33 - Election Code

11-2.

(h) (1) In Montgomery County: [, there are 19 members of the party central
committees for the county]

(I)      THE REPUBLICAN PARTY CENTRAL COMMITTEE CONSISTS OF
19 MEMBERS; AND

(II)     THE DEMOCRATIC PARTY CENTRAL COMMITTEE CONSISTS OF
23 MEMBERS.

(2) For each PARTY CENTRAL committee, two members are elected from
each of the legislative districts that lie wholly within Montgomery County and one
member is elected from the Montgomery County part of each legislative district which is
partially within Montgomery County. The remainder shall be elected at large, and any
vacancy in a seat held initially by a member elected from a legislative district shall be
