VETOES

(b) (1) [In] THE Allegany County[, upon receipt of the license fees by the]
Board of License Commissioners[, the Board] shall remit [that sum] ALL LICENSE
FEES to the Director of Finance. The Director of Finance shall remit and pay to each
incorporated town or city in the County 50 percent of the license fees received for the
licenses that are issued for the places of business located within the corporate limits of
the respective town or city.

(e)      [In] Baltimore County[, the Clerk of the Circuit Court for the County shall
retain the Clerk's commission from each license fee collected by him, for the issuance of
each license. The Clerk shall remit the remainder of the fees to the County, who shall, out
of the remainder received from the Clerk,] SHALL pay FROM THE LICENSE FEES all
salaries and expenses of the Board of License Commissioners as determined by the
County, and SHALL devote the balance of the license fees[,] to the general purposes of
the County; and the phrase "the general purposes of the County" in Baltimore County
shall be construed to include the general purposes of the highways and the general
purposes of the metropolitan district department of the county.

(f)      [In] Calvert County [the Clerk of the Circuit Court for the County shall
remit to the Board of County Commissioners all license fees collected by him, less the
Clerk's commission for the issuance of each license and the] Board of County
Commissioners shall pay the salaries and expenses of the Board of License
Commissioners for Calvert County. Where the licensed place of business is located in an
incorporated town 50 percent of the net license fee shall be payable to the incorporated
town and the remaining 50 percent and all the net license fees for places of business
located outside an incorporated town shall be used by the County Commissioners for the
purposes of the County.

(k) In Frederick County, where the licensed place of business is located in an
incorporated town, fifty per centum of the [net] license fee shall be payable to the
incorporated town, and the remaining fifty per centum, and all [of the net] license [fee]
FEES for places of business located outside an incorporated town, shall be turned over by
the Board of County Commissioners to the County Treasurer [of said County]. The
salary and expenses of the license commissioner shall be paid by the County
Commissioners from the license fees received under [the provisions of] this article.

(1) [In] THE BOARD OF LICENSE COMMISSIONERS OF Garrett County SHALL
PAY [one half] 50 PERCENT of such license fee or $500, whichever is less, [shall be paid
by the Clerk of the Circuit Court] to the mayor and council of the incorporated town in
which such licensed premises may be located.

(m) (1) In Harford County [(1)], THE BOARD OF LIQUOR CONTROL SHALL
PAY:

(I) [the] THE net proceeds of all funds received by the Board from
the sale of licenses under [the provisions of] this article issued in Harford County,
outside of the corporate limits of the municipalities of Aberdeen, Bel Air and Havre de
Grace, [shall be paid] to the Treasurer of Harford County [and], TO BE credited to the
general funds of [said] THE County[.]; AND
