6-503.
(a) The Department shall:
(1) Duplicate information contained on all chemical information lists and
material safety data sheets that the Department receives under [Article 89, § 32H of the
Code] § 5-406 OF THE LABOR AND EMPLOYMENT ARTICLE;
(c) Whenever the Department receives a written request, under this subtitle, for
chemical information lists and material safety data sheets submitted by an employer in
accordance with [Article 89, § 32H of the Code] § 5-406 OF THE LABOR AND
EMPLOYMENT ARTICLE, the Department shall promptly notify the employer of the
request.

CEMENT KILNS UNTIL THE DEPARTMENT HAS STUDIED ISSUES RELATED TO THE
TREATMENT OR DISPOSAL OF CONTROLLED HAZARDOUS SUBSTANCES IN CEMENT
KILNS INCLUDING:
(1) THE USE OF APPROPRIATE FUELS AND APPROPRIATE CONTROLLED
HAZARDOUS SUBSTANCES THAT MAY BE USED IN A CEMENT KILN, INCINERATOR
TECHNOLOGIES, TRANSPORT REQUIREMENTS, AND MONITORING PROTOCOLS
NECESSARY TO SAFEGUARD PUBLIC HEALTH AND THE ENVIRONMENT FROM THE
BURNING OF CONTROLLED HAZARDOUS SUBSTANCES IN A CEMENT KILN; AND
