Charter Amendment - Budget - Work Programs and Allotments

A RESOLUTION proposing an amendment to the Charter to repeal a
provision pertaining to work programs and allotments in the
County budget procedure; and adopting a certain question
pertaining to this Charter amendment to be voted on at the
General Election in November, 1988.

A RESOLUTION proposing an amendment to the Charter to alter the
time within which a hearing shall be held by the County
Council on the County budget; and adopting a certain
question pertaining to this Charter amendment to be voted on
at the General Election in November, 1988.
