(ii) 1 shall be a member of the House of
Delegates, appointed by the Speaker of the House; and

(iii) 25 shall be appointed by the Governor
from a list of qualified individuals submitted to the Governor by
the Secretary.

(3) Of the 25 members appointed by the Governor:

(i) At least 1 member shall represent each of
the following:

1.  The Department of the Environment;

2.  The Department of Natural Resources;

3.  The State Department of Agriculture;

4.  The Department of Licensing and
Regulation;

5.  The State Department of
Transportation;

[6. The Department of State Planning;

7.] 6. The Department of Economic and
Employment Development;

7.  THE OFFICE OF PLANNING;

8.  The State Fire Marshal;

9.  The Maryland State Police;

10.  The State Emergency Management and

Civil Defense Agency;

of Medicine;

11.  The AFL-CIO;

12.  The Maryland Chamber of Commerce;

13.  The Johns Hopkins University School

14.  The University of Maryland School of

(ii) At least 2 shall be public members who
represent the community at large.
