section, together with a separate report to the Legislative
Auditor on the results of the county's review of each district's
compliance with the provisions of subsections (b) through (e) of
this section. The Legislative Auditor shall review the audit
reports and information received from the county and submit
recommendations as appropriate based on the results of the
review.

Article 29 - Washington Suburban Sanitary District

1-106.

The WSSC shall:

(2) Employ a certified public accountant [certified]
LICENSED to practice [as a public accountant] in this State to
audit the books and accounts of the WSSC;

(b) (1) The WSSC is authorized to adopt the regulations as
follows:

(iii)     Regulations governing plumbing, under

authority of [§§ 9-101,   14-102, and 15-104] §§ 8-104, 9-101,

14-102, AND 15-104 of   this article[, and § 455 of Article 56 of
the Code]; and

Article 44A - Housing Authorities

8A.

(i) (3) The Montgomery County Executive and Council may
require and select an independent CERTIFIED public accountant or
firm OF certified [as such] PUBLIC ACCOUNTANTS LICENSED in
Maryland to perform an audit of the books of the Housing
Opportunities Commission who shall be paid out of the operating
budget of the Commission.

Article 48 - Inspections

There is hereby created within the Division of Labor and
Industry a Board of Boiler Rules, referred to hereafter as the
"Board," consisting of seven members, which shall be appointed by
the Governor with the advice of the Secretary of Licensing and
Regulation, and with the advice and consent of the Senate. Among
the members of the Board shall be one representative of the
owners and users of power boilers, one representative of owners
and users of heating boilers, one representative of owners and
users of pressure vessels, one representative of manufacturers or
assemblers of boilers or pressure vessels, one representative of
