(D)  THE ADMINISTRATION MAY AUTHORIZE THE SHALL REFUND OF
THE REGISTRATION FEES UPON SURRENDER OF THE REGISTRATION CARD AND
REGISTRATION PLATES ONLY IF THE RETURN IS MADE BEFORE THE
BEGINNING OF ANY 12-MONTH REGISTRATION YEAR FOR WHICH THE
APPLICATION FOR REFUND IS MADE.

(E)  THE ADMINISTRATION MAY ADOPT REGULATIONS TO CARRY OUT
THE PROVISIONS OF THIS SECTION.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1988.

AN ACT concerning

Wildland and Open Areas - Potomac Bends Wildland

FOR the purpose of altering the boundaries of the Potomac Bends
Wildland, a Type 2 wildland, in Allegany County;
designating approximately 2,000 acres into certain parcels
under the Potomac Bends Wildland in Allegany County;
authorizing the Department of Natural Resources to provide
browse for deer in certain circumstances; and generally
relating to a wildland area in the State.
