this section, on or before July 1, 1996, an evaluation shall be
made of the State Physician Assistant Advisory Committee
established under the Health Occupations Article and the
regulations that relate to the Physician Assistant Advisory
Committee.

Subject to the evaluation and reestablishment provisions of
the Maryland Program Evaluation Act, this title and all rules or
regulations adopted under this title shall terminate and be of no
effect after [July 1, 1989] JULY 1, 1993 1994.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1988.

AN ACT concerning

Maryland Program Evaluation Act - State Health Resources

Planning Commission

FOR the purpose of requiring that certain provisions of law
relating to the State Health Resources Planning Commission
be subject to the Maryland Program Evaluation Act and that
the provisions terminate on a certain date; requiring that
an evaluation be made by the General Assembly of the State
Health Resources Planning Commission on or before a certain
date; and generally relating to the evaluation of the State
Health Resources Planning Commission under the Maryland
Program Evaluation Act.
