Environmental Programs;
(iii) 1 representative of the Department of
State Planning;
(iv) 2 representatives of the environmental
community;
(v) 1 representative from the Maryland Chamber
of Commerce;
(vi) 1 representative of the solid waste
disposal industry;
(vii) 1 representative of the solid waste
haulers industry;
(viii) 1 representative of the Northeast
Maryland Waste Disposal Authority;
(viii) (ix) 2 representatives of the Maryland
Association of Counties; and
(ix) (x) 2 representatives of the Maryland
Municipal League; and be it further
RESOLVED, That the Governor designate the Chairman of the
Task Force; and be it further
RESOLVED, That the Task Force report its findings and
recommendations to the General Assembly and the Governor by
December 31, 1987 1988; and be it further
RESOLVED, That staff for the Task Force be provided by the
Department of Health and Mental Hygiene or, if established, the
Department of Environmental Protection; and be it further
RESOLVED, That copies of this Resolution be forwarded by the
Department of Legislative Reference to the Honorable William
Donald Schaefer, Governor of Maryland; the Honorable Thomas V.
Mike Miller, Jr., President of the Senate of Maryland; and the
Honorable R. Clayton Mitchell, Jr., Speaker of the House of
Delegates; the Honorable Torrey C. Brown, M.D., Secretary of
Natural Resources, 580 Taylor Avenue, Annapolis, MP 21401; the
Honorable Constance Lieder, Secretary of State Planning, 301 West
Preston Street, Baltimore, MP 21201; and the Honorable Adele
