Ch. 11

General Article.

The part, "Part I. Fundamental Rights", created by
Chs. 636 and 637 of the Acts of 1986, is the only
existing part of Title 10, Subtitle 1; no subsequent
part exists.

The extraneous designation of the part was noted by
the Michie Company.

10-411.

(b) (5) Of the 9 members appointed to the Board for the
Spring Grove Hospital Center:

(i) 3 shall be residents of Baltimore County;

(ii) 3 shall be residents of Harford County;
AND

(iii) 3 shall be residents of Prince George's
County.

DRAFTER'S NOTE: This corrects the omission of a conjunction
from § 10-411(b)(5) of the Health - General Article.

The conjunction, "and", was omitted from Ch. 432 of
the Acts of 1986.

The omission of the conjunction was noted by the
Michie Company.

14-119.

(b) The Department shall:

(1)  Provide the guidance and means for establishing
group day care centers for the children of State employees in
State-occupied buildings or nearby buildings in accordance with
this Part II of this subtitle;

(2)  Provide for licensing of group day care centers
for children of State employees;

(3)  Ensure that space designated within a
State-occupied building or nearby buildings for a group day care
center complies with the prevailing local and State safety
building codes for group day care centers;

(4)  Apply the regulations adopted under [Title 14 of
this article] THIS TITLE for group day care centers; and
