empowering the County Commissioners to adopt a resolution in
accordance with Section 15(4) of Article 25B of the Annotated
Code of Maryland prior to issuing any bonds; or issue other
evidences of indebtedness therefor in lieu of bonds; empowering
and directing the County Commissioners to levy ad valorem taxes
in a rate and an amount sufficient to provide funds for the
payment of the maturing principal of and interest on the bonds or
other evidences of indebtedness, and if bonds are used, exempting
the bonds from the provisions of Sections 9-11, inclusive, of
Article 31 of the Annotated Code of Maryland; and relating
generally to the issuance and sale of such bonds.

Effective Date November 13, 1984.

Construction Along Shorelines

For the purpose of providing that the County regulations
relating to construction along shorelines shall only apply in the
unincorporated areas of the County if municipalities provide for
their own rules and regulations for enforcement. (33-102(m))
