AN ACT to prohibit fishing, crabbing and swimming from the
Eastern Neck Island Bridge.

EMERGENCY BILL No. 2-84

AN ACT to add new Section 5-59(A), Article V, Chapter 5 of
the Public Local Laws of Kent County, Maryland, entitled,
"Additional Fee for 911 Emergency Telephone Systems", to follow
immediately after Section 5-59 of Article V, Chapter 5 thereof,
to provide for an increase in the current "911" fee by fifteen
(15) cents per month, to be applied to all current telephone
bills for switched local exchange access in Kent County.

Effective Date May 1, 1984.

AN ACT to legalize the 1984 Supplement to the Code of Public
Local Laws of Kent County published under the direction of the
Board of County Commissioners of Kent County and making provision
for the publication, sale and distribution of this Code.

Effective Date December 4, 1984.

EMERGENCY BILL No. 4-84

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments, Local Law No.
6-81, adopted on August 21, 1981.

A PUBLIC LOCAL LAW to repeal Bill No. 6-81 and re-enact the
same to authorize and empower the County Commissioners of Kent
County, from time to time, to borrow not more than $2,000,000.00
for the public purpose of financing a portion of the costs of
developing, constructing and equipping a new County jail and to
effect such borrowing by the issuance and sale (at public or
private sale) of its general obligation bonds in like par amount;
