Services of Maryland
To become available immediately
upon passage of this budget to
supplement the appropriation for
fiscal year 1985 to provide for
liabilities of the existing
retirement system applicable to
certain blind vendors of this
State contingent upon enactment
of Senate Bill 734 and/or House
Bill 1605 providing independent
status to such blind vendors.
The State Department of Education
shall pay over these funds only
upon assurance by the Blind
Industries and Services of
Maryland and advice from the
Office of the Attorney General
that the State of Maryland has no
