consumer at retail at the place described in the license. In
Montgomery County, the holder's on-premises sales are limited to
20,000 gallons per year. The light wine shall be delivered in a
sealed package or container which may not be opened or the
contents consumed on the licensed premises.
(b) The annual fee for this license is $50, EXCEPT IN
MONTGOMERY COUNTY WHERE THE LICENSE FEE IS $100.
13.
(a) A Class A beer and light wine license shall be issued
by the clerk of the circuit court of the county in which the
place of business is located. The license shall authorize the
holder thereof to keep for sale, and to sell beer and light wines
at retail, in any quantity to any consumers, at the place therein
described, and to deliver the same in a sealed package or
container, which package or container shall not be opened nor its
contents consumed on the premises where sold. The annual fee for
the license shall be $35 and shall be payable to the clerk,
before any license is issued, for distribution as hereinafter
provided.
(i) In Montgomery County the annual license fee for this
license is [$125] $250. This license may not be issued to, or
for use in conjunction with, or upon the premises of any bowling
alley, billiard hall or drugstore or to any restaurant located
within the bowling alley, billiard hall or drugstore, or for use
upon any premises which has a door, archway, opening or other
passageway providing direct public access to any bowling alley,
billiard hall or drugstore.
14.
(a) A Class B beer and light wine license shall be issued
by the clerk of the circuit court of the county in which the
place of business is located, and shall authorize the holder
thereof to keep for sale and sell beer and light wines at retail
at any hotel or restaurant, at the place therein described, for
consumption on the premises or elsewhere. The annual fee for
the license shall be $60, and shall be payable to the clerk,
before any license is issued, for distribution as herein
provided.
(h) In Montgomery County the annual license fee for such a
license shall be [two hundred dollars ($200.00)] $400, except no
license shall be issued to, or for use in conjunction with, or
upon the premises of any restaurant located within a bowling
alley, drugstore or billiard hall or for use upon any premises
which has a door, archway, opening or other passageway providing
direct public access to any bowling alley, billiard hall or
drugstore.
