(AE) Sheppard Pratt Hospital. Provide a grant to the Board of
Trustees of the Sheppard Pratt Hospital Health System, Inc. to

its Towson campus, subject to the requirement that the grantee
provide an equal and matching fund for this purpose, subject to
a requirement that the grantee grant and convey an historic
easement to the Maryland Historical Trust (Baltimore County). 2,000,000

County Executive and County Council of Montgomery County to
assist in the construction and capital equipping of a multi-use
performing arts center and educational facility on the grounds
