(B) Howard County General Hospital. Provide a grant equal to the
lesser of (i) $325,000 or (ii) the amount of the matching fund
provided, to the Board of Directors of Howard County General
Hospital, Inc. for the planning, design, renovation, expansion,
repair, construction, and capital equipping of the Behavioral
Emergency Unit of Howard County General Hospital, located in
Columbia. Notwithstanding Section 1(5) of this Act, the
matching fund may consist of funds expended prior to the
effective date of this Act.................................................................
(C) Kennedy Krieger Children's Hospital. Provide a grant equal to
the lesser of (i) $1,000,000 or (ii) the amount of the matching
fund provided, to the Board of Directors of Kennedy Krieger
Children's Hospital, Inc. for the planning, design, renovation,
expansion, repair, construction, and capital equipping of the
Spinal Cord Injury Recovery Program of Kennedy Krieger
Children's Hospital, located in Baltimore. Notwithstanding
Section 1(5) of this Act, the matching fund may consist of funds
expended prior to the effective date of this Act...........................
(D) Mt. Washington Pediatric Hospital. Provide a grant equal to the
lesser of (i) $750,000 or (ii) the amount of the matching fund
provided, to the Board of Directors of Mt. Washington Pediatric
Hospital, Inc. for the planning, design, repair, renovation,
reconstruction, expansion, and capital equipping of clinical
space for the Center for Neonatal Transitional Care at Mt.
Washington Pediatric Hospital, located in Baltimore City.
Notwithstanding Section 1(5) of this Act, the matching fund
may consist of funds expended prior to the effective date of this

(E) Northwest Hospital Center. Provide a grant equal to the lesser
of (i) $400,000 or (ii) the amount of the matching fund provided,
to the Board of Directors of Northwest Center, Inc. for the
planning, design, renovation, construction, repair,
reconstruction, and capital equipping of the Center for Breast
Care and Bone Health, at Northwest Hospital Center, located in
Randallstown. Notwithstanding Section 1(5) of this Act, the
matching fund may consist of funds expended prior to the
effective date of this Act.................................................................
(F) St. Mary's Hospital of St. Mary's County. Provide a grant equal
to the lesser of (i) $762,300 or (ii) the amount of the matching
fund provided, to the Board of Directors of St. Mary's Hospital
of St. Mary's County, Inc. for the planning, design, renovation,
expansion, repair, construction, and capital equipping of the
behavioral health and medical/surgical units at St. Mary's
Hospital of St. Mary's County, located in Leonardtown.
