(AW) Maryland Salem Children's Trust. Provide a grant equal to the
lesser of (i) $100,000 or (ii) the amount of the matching fund
provided, to the Board of Directors of Maryland Salem
Children's Trust, Inc. for the construction and capital equipping
of the Salem School, located in Frostburg (Garrett County)....... 100,000
(AX) Citizens Care & Rehabilitation Center. Provide a grant equal to
the lesser of (i) $100,000 or (ii) the amount of the matching fund
provided, to the Board of Trustees of the Citizens Care &
Rehabilitation Center Foundation, Inc. for the planning, design,
construction, repair, renovation, reconstruction and capital
equipping of improvements to the Citizens Care &
Rehabilitation Center, located in Havre de Grace.
Notwithstanding Section 1(5) of this Act, the matching fund
may consist of in kind contributions or funds expended prior to
the effective date of this Act (Harford County)............................ 100,000
(AY) Grassroots Crisis Intervention Center. Provide a grant equal to
the lesser of (i) $450,000 or (ii) the amount of the matching fund
provided, to the County Executive and County Council of
Howard County for the planning, design, construction, repair,
renovation, and capital equipping of an emergency shelter
operated by the Grassroots Crisis Intervention Center, located
in Columbia. Notwithstanding Section 1(5) of this Act, the
matching fund may consist of real property, in kind
contributions, or funds expended prior to the effective date of
this Act (Howard County).............................................................. 450,000
(AZ) Agricultural Activity Center Expansion. Provide a grant equal
to the lesser of (i) $75,000 or (ii) the amount of the matching
fund provided, to the County Executive and County Council of
Montgomery County for the construction, repair,
reconstruction, and capital equipping of the Agricultural
Activity Center at the Agricultural History Farm Park, located
in Derwood (Montgomery County)................................................ 75,000
(BA) BlackRock Center for the Arts. Provide a grant equal to the
lesser of (i) $50,000 or (ii) the amount of the matching fund
provided, to the Board of Trustees of the BlackRock Center for
the Arts, Inc. for the construction and capital equipping of the
BlackRock Center for the Arts, located in Germantown.
Notwithstanding Section 1(5) of this Act, the matching fund
