Officers of the Maryland General Assembly, in consultation with
the Comptroller and State Treasurer, have provided the
Department of General Services with a list of projects to be
funded with the authorization. Further provided that these
funds shall not be used or transferred for any other purpose......
JUDICIARY/MULTIPURPOSE CENTERS
Provided that it is the intent of the General Assembly that up to
$55,000,000 be provided in fiscal 2008 to fund the construction
and capital equipping of the new Rockville District Courthouse.
DE02.02 PUBLIC SCHOOL CONSTRUCTION
(Statewide)
(A) Public School Construction Program. Provide funds to construct
public school buildings and public school capital improvements
in accordance with Sections 5-301 through 5-303 of the
Education Article, provided that, notwithstanding Section
5-302(e) of the Education Article or any other provision of law,
the Interagency Committee on School Construction shall, in
accordance with the provisions below, allocate 100% of the
funds available for public school construction projects in fiscal
year 2007. The Interagency Committee on School Construction
shall include funds available in the contingency fund
established in Section 5-301 of the Education Article in the
allocations. The allocations made by the Interagency Committee
on School Construction for fiscal year 2007 shall not be subject
to approval by the Board of Public Works-
Further provided that the following amounts approved for
public school construction projects by the Board of Public Works
on January 18, 2006 shall be allocated to each county:

Baltimore County $ 18,052,000
Calvert $ 2,723,000
Caroline $ 2,935,000
Carroll $ 8,282,000
Cecil $ 7,271,000
Charles $ 8,035,000
Dorchester $ 872,000
Frederick $ 14,069,000
Garrett $ 1,235,000
Harford $ 11,096,000
Howard $ 12,776,000
Kent $ 3,479,000
Montgomery $ 21,097,000
