this project may be used to design and construct other capital

(B) 2100 Guilford Avenue - Addition. Provide funds to supplement
previous appropriations to design and construct an addition to
State Office Building Number 3 at 2100 Guilford Avenue. Any
funds not needed to complete this project may be used to design

(F) Annapolis Complex Beautification and Safety Improvements.
Provide funds for the design, construction, and capital
equipping of improvements and safety enhancements to the
Annapolis Public Building and Grounds, limited to the James
Senate Office Building, Legislative Services Building, House
Office Buildings, Miller Senate Building, Goldstein Treasury
Building and all grounds, parking areas, outbuildings, and
appurtenances at the foregoing locations. Provided that these
funds are restricted from expenditure until the Presiding
