       properly Releiveable in this Court where he hopes the Said Arthur Young
       in his Answer to the Said Bill may upon his oath Confess what Goods & of
       what kind or what Value was Comitted to his Charge by the said John to whom
       sold at what Rate how much money received and what Debts are out
       standing on account of the severall Cargoes what Returnes he has made
       from time to time to the said Huntt what money paid him & what rem.a
       in his hands Received and that upon the whole matter Such Decree may
       be made by the Court of Chancery for the Recovering the Effects of the said
       Huntt into the hands of the said Bennett towards dischargeing the said
       Huntts Debts and distributions where by Law it may goe Wherefore
       the said Richard prays Sup.a &c.a      And the Said Arthur saith that
       true it is the said John in his life time Imployed the Defd.t as a Factor
       in Maryland to sell and dispose of severall parcells of Rum Sugar Mollasses
       and Cottens an Exact Account whereof and of the sales of the same & to whom
       is to his Answ.r Annexed and wherein he hath given the said John Huntt
       Creditt for every thing by or from him received which account is just & true
       in every article and perticular to the best of his knowed without any
       designe to wrong the said John or his posterity of any part thereof & this
       Defend.t further setts forth and the Compl.t might have saved himself
       and this Defendant the trouble of a suit in this honble Court when
       this Defend.t was at all times Ready ^to^ give a just account of the Goods
       and that Instead of being Indebted to the said John he hath over
       paid to the order of the said John by Bills of Exchange & otherwise
       one hundred and six pounds Eight shillings sterling or thereabouts for
       which the Estate of the said John is still Indebted to this Defend.t & the said
       Arthur Young filed with his said Answ.r the account of sales of four
       hogsheads Eight Terces and fifteen Barrells of Rum as followeth Viz.t
