       Informed him that he the said Richard was upon buying the
       Two thousand four hundred Acres of Land belonging to the
       Egertons but that he could not proceed therein unless the Said
       Six hundred Acres of Land were first made over unto him and that
       as soon as this was done he would make over the said Six
       hundred Acres unto his Neece Mary Adderton

To y.e 10.th   Answered that Richard Calvert his promises to make over & sale
       secure the Land to Mary Adderton his Neece and her heires was the
       Only Consideration which Moved him give unto the Said Richard
       Calvert Deeds for the Said Land the Said Rich.d Calvert Saying God
       forbid that I should Cheat my Neece I being her owne Uncle

To y.e 11.th   Answ.rd that this Depon.t had some Comunication with his Brother
       Rich.d Calvert on the Road and that the Said Rich.d told this Depon.t
       that he this Depon.t was the most Materiall Evidence against
       him in order to Quash M.r Neales Title and desired this Depon.t to
       returne home and not Swear and then he should doe well Enough
       with M.r Neale and Adderton for no other Evidence could do him
