       Acres of Land the March next after M.r Neales Deed was Executed be the
       Year one thousand seven hundred and Eight

to y.e 6.th   Answered that he this Depon.t did by Deed release unto Richard Calvert
       the said six hundred Acres of Land that this Depon.t designe in so doing
       was to Qualify his Brother Rich.d and Enable him to make unto M.rs
       Mary Adderton and her heires a good Title to the Said Land that this Release
       to Rich.d Calvert Executed after that of M.r Neales

to y.e 7.th   This Deponent Answered that Rich.d Calvert did apply himself unto
       him in order to make Void M.r Neales Title to the said Six hundred
       Acres of Land and that the said Rich.d did Informe him this Depon.t
       that M.r Neale designed and went about to Cheat and Defraud his
       Daughter Mary Adderton of her Land and desired this Depon.t to make
       over the Said Six hundred Acres of Land unto him the Said Rich.d
       Calvert to prevent M.r Neales fraudulent and Cheating Designe
      
to y.e 8.th   This Deponent answereth that he never Recd any Consideration for the S.d
       Land us Not the Value of one Penny or pound of Tob.o that this Depon.t
       did Give at the Same time Creditt for a Pair of Gloves at M.r Pratts Store
       to the said Rich.d that the only thing or Consideration of his makeing over
       the Land unto him the Said Rich.d was in order to do his Neece Mary
       Adderton a kindness Justice

To y.e 9.th   Answered that the Deed given to Rich.d Calvert bore no date Rich.d
       Calvert Alleadging that he would not have it dated but would date it
       himself In order to Quash M.r Neales Title and by that Means he would
       Mannage M.r James Neale well enough  And by that means he would
       give his Cozin Mary Adderton a Title and this Depon.t saith that he Informed
       Rich.d Calvert that he had allready made over the Land to M.r Neale Rich.d
       Calvert Answered that he did not care if this depon.t would give a Blanck
       Power he the said Rich.d would without Fraud make over the Land to his
       Cozen Adderton  And the said Depon.t Further Saith that Rich.d Calvert
                                                                                                       Informed
