                                  Octob.r 5.th 1706

       Walter Phelps of Ann Ard.ll County being Aged ab.t 67 yeares
       upon Oath Declares that in June some time before the Court
       day of Ann Ard.ll County  Itt being the June before the Susquehannah
       Warr one George Green who had been a serv.t to one Rich.d
       Beard of Ann Ard.ll County Did absent himselfe out of the
       said County  After which time it is said the said Green did
       Evidence a Will of the said Beards  But this Dep.t saith That
       he never heard the s.d Geo Green was seen (neither did he see
       him himself) in the said County sev.ll Yeares after his absents
       himselfe as afores.d

                                           Octob.r 5.th 1706

       George Greene Aged ab.t sixty five Yeares upon Oath
       Declares That three or foure dayes before June Court for Ann Ard.ll
       County  In the Yeare of our Lord 1675 he the said Dep.t did run
       away out of the said County and That for sev.ll years before he
       did run away he never signed any Will as an Evidence of sd
       Richard Beards of the said County w.th whome he served his
       time  But y.t some time in his servitude he the s.d Dep.t Did
       Wittness some Wills of his Ma.rs and Remembers some Legacies
       therein Given but Remembers nothing of any Intaile made
       in any Will w.ch he Evidenced  And Further Deposeth y.t after
       he did run away he never signed any Will att all of the s.d
