AN ACT concerning
State Board of Registration for Foresters
FOR the purpose of continuing the existence of the State Board of
Registration for Foresters in accordance with the Program
Evaluation Act (Sunset Law) by extending to a certain date
the termination provisions for the Board.
BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,
Article 56 - Licenses

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That the Laws of Maryland read as follows:
Article 56 - Licenses
319A.
The provisions of this subtitle creating the Maryland Board
of Registration for Foresters and relating to the regulation of
foresters and any regulations promulgated under this subtitle are
of no effect and may not be enforced after July 1, [1984] 1994.
