AN ACT to amend Chapter 225 of the Wicomico County
Code, titled "Zoning", Section 105, titled "Board of Zoning
Appeals", Sub-Section A, titled "Nature of the Board of
Appeals" by making changes to Section 105A(3), to provide
for and clarify what shall constitute a quorum of the Board
of Zoning Appeals.
