AN ACT to amend Chapter 117 of the Wicomico County
Code, titled "Building Construction" by making changes and
additions to Section 117-5, Sub-Section 2204.1 to provide
for and clarify the terms and conditions under which a
building or structure may be removed from one property to
another, and providing for an appeal to the Wicomico County
Council.

AN ACT to amend Chapter 225 of the Wicomico County
Code, titled "Zoning", by amending Section 225-60, titled
"Uses", Section A, titled "Uses permitted inherently" and
Sub-Section B titled "Uses permitted by special exception",
by adding Sub-Section A(38), A(39) and B(33).

"Uses", Sub-Section B, titled "Uses permitted by special
exception", by deleting Section B(26), providing for
multifamily residences.
