COUNTY LOCAL LAWS

Sheriff, Deputy Sheriff, and other authorized persons for
certain violations of law, and persons cited may pay the
fine prior to court trial to the County Treasurer's Office,
or may stand trial.

AN ACT concerning

Campgrounds, and the regulation thereof - Zoning Law.

FOR the purpose of amending the Worcester County Zoning
Ordinance (Title 1 of the Zoning and Subdivision Control
Article of the Code of Public Local Laws of Worcester
County, Maryland) to provide for new regulations relating to
rental campgrounds including requirements for screening,
Health Department approval, landscaping, trash receptacles,
parking requirements and dealing generally with rental
campgrounds and further providing for campground
subdivision, their regulations including requirements for
screening, Health Department approval, landscaping, parking,
uses therein, limitations on uses therein, and dealing
generally with campground subdivisions.

Section 1-312 of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Worcester County, amended.

AN ACT concerning

Roads Standards

FOR the purpose of amending Section 1-204 of the Public
Works Article of the Code of Public Local Laws of Worcester
County, Maryland, to provide for location of utilities along
roads.

Section l-204(c)(3) and (d)(3) of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Worcester County, amended.
