AN ACT adding a new Article VII entitled "Nuclear
Wastes" to Chapter 5 "Health and Safety" to require persons
transporting certain nuclear wastes within Kent County to
inform the Sheriff within a certain time and providing
penalty for violation of this Act.

AN ACT to repeal Article III entitled "Electricians" of
Chapter 5 of the Public Local Laws of Kent County (1979
Edition) and re-enact a new Article III to replace that
Article to provide for the procedure for licensing
electricians in Kent County, and generally covering the laws
pertaining to electricians in Kent County.
