(2) March 14, 1983.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act is
hereby declared to be an emergency measure and necessary for
the immediate preservation of the public health and safety
and having been passed by a yea and nay vote supported by
three-fifths of all the members elected to each of the two
Houses of the General Assembly, the same shall take effect
from the date of its passage.

AN ACT concerning

Baltimore City Democratic Election Laws - Political

Party Central Committee - Members

FOR the purpose of altering the number of members of the
Democratic and Republican Central Committee Committees
Committee elected from each legislative district of
Baltimore City County; and altering the number of
members of the Democratic Central Committee elected
from each legislative district of Baltimore City; and
providing that the members of the political party
central committees in Anne Arundel County be elected in
a certain manner; and generally relating to the
membership of certain political party central
committees; providing that vacancies created by this
Act shall be filled at a certain election; and making
this Act an emergency measure.
