FOR the purpose of establishing the qualifications and
appointment of Special Investigator for the State's
Attorney's Office for the purpose of investigating
crimes and the preparation of evidence for the
prosecution of criminal cases for the State's
Attorney's Office for Worcester County by the creation
of Title 4, State's Attorney, Subtitle 1, Special
Investigator, Sections 4-101 through 4-104,

FOR the purpose of amending the Worcester County Zoning
Ordinance (Title I of the Zoning and Subdivision
Control Article of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Worcester County, Maryland) and Worcester County
Subdivision Regulations (Title II of the Zoning and
Subdivision Control Article of the Code of Public Local
Laws of Worcester County, Maryland) to clarify the
definition of a subdivision.
