AN ACT concerning

Acceptance of Roads

FOR the purpose of amending Section 1-205 of the Public
Works Article of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Worcester County, Maryland, to provide for hearings and
resolutions for certain roads on which construction is
completed prior to January 2, 1980.

Effective Date January 8, 1980.

AN ACT concerning

The requirements for inspection of electrical work and
requirements for permits therefore in Worcester County.

FOR the purpose of amending Section 2-202 of the Building
Regulations Article of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Worcester County, Maryland to re-define minor
electrical installation and to amend Section 2-220 of
the Building Regulations Article of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Worcester County, Maryland to exempt
minor electrical installations from permit and
inspection requirements.

Effective Date July 15, 1980.

AN ACT concerning

Electrical inspections and permits

FOR the purpose of amending Section 2-208 (of the Building
Regulations Article of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Worcester County, Maryland), to clarify the utilization
of a Worcester County Electrical license for a firm,
company or corporation and to amend Section 2-220 (of
the Building Regulations Article of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Worcester County, Maryland) to prohibit
the approval by a qualified County Electrical inspector
