RESOLVED, That this Commission deliver the program that
it establishes to the Governor and the General Assembly no
later than July 1, 1982; and be it further
RESOLVED, That the Office for Children and Youth and
the Office for the Coordination of Services to the
Handicapped should be responsible for monitoring the
implementation of the Comprehensive Statewide Mental Health
Program for Emotionally Disabled children and Adolescents
and be responsible for reporting to the Governor and the
General Assembly on the status of implementation at the
beginning of each legislative session for 1982 through 1987;
and be it further
RESOLVED, That a copy of this Resolution be sent to the
Honorable James Clark, Jr., President of the Senate of
