      Which Said Bill was Endorst Will^m: Comegÿs foreman
      And y^e S^d Thomas being Called to y^e Barre to answer to y^e Indictm^t. afs^d
      appears, & praÿs Trÿall of y^e. p^rmisses w^ch: being Granted, the Said Thomas
      fo^r plea Saÿeth that he is not Guiltÿ, and trÿall thereof he putts him
   = selfe upon the Countrÿ, and the Clk of y^e Indictm^ts: in like mann^r.
      Thereupon Comand is Given to the Sher^f of Kent Countÿ that he Imed:
      iatelÿ Cause to Come here twelve &c^a and the S^d Sher^f ret^s. his p^rcept & Saÿs he
      has here | readÿ twelve &c^a: as bÿ his S^d p^rcept he was Comanded To witt
      Edward, Walwin, William War^rall, w^th: y^e rest of y^e Jur^rs. in y^e ~~form^r~~ p^rcedant
      Indictm^t: recited, who being Ellected Trÿed & Sworne to Saÿ the truth in
      the p^rmisses Doe Saÿ We of y^e Jurÿ haveing hea^rd y^e p^rcesse & the
      pleading in this behalfe Doe Saÿ upon our oath we find the Defd^t:
      not Guiltÿ of y^e p^rmisses w^ch: being | bÿ the Court heard & understood
      It is bÿ them Considered y^t The S^d Thomas Hindslÿ | as to y^e ~~p^r Ind~~
      p^rmisses ) be thereof accquitted & Discharged paÿing fees :
      And the S^d Tho: praÿs Clearance bÿ p^rcla: w^ch is Granted & p^rformed ~

        Case made & p^rvided Macklin p^r Dña Regiña
