        day and year yt. the Said Flower Walker recover agt. the Said the
        John Winslade As well the Sume of three hundred and twelve
        pounds of tobacco the debt fordain [?] as aforesd. As the Sume of
        three hundred and three —— pounds of tobacco Cost of Suit
        and thee Defendt. in Mercy &ca. ~

Thomas Tayler |    of A plea yt: he render him the full
        And Just Sume of two thousand and ninety four pounds of
        tobacco good and merchantable in Casq which to him he
        Oweth and from him he unjustly detaines ( as pr the decln
        filed in this Court by Richd. Macklin Attry of the plf may
        Appeare ) And the Said Deft. Altho’. Solemnly called —
        Cometh not by himself or his Attorney but Makes default~
                     It is therefore Considered by the Court here this
        twenty fifth day of November Anno Dmi 1702 That the Said
        Jno Crabb recover against the Said Thos. Tayler As well –
        the Sume of two thousand and ninety four pounds of tobo:

        pounds of tobacco Cost of Suit & the Deft. in Mercy &ca: —

        And Whereupon the Said James Smith by Edward Bonwicke his Attry
        Complaines that whereas the Said James Smith the tenth day of May —
        Anno Domi 1702 At Kent County within the Jurisdiction of this Court~
        was possessed of one horse of the price of two thousand pounds of tobacco
                                                                                           ye. Sd horse
        As of his own proper horse And So being thereof possessed ^ outt of his
        hands and possion casually Lost which afterwards that is to Say the first
        day of June then next following Att Kent County afd to the hands &
        possion of the Said Giles by finding came Notwithstanding the Said James
        Giles knowing the afd horse to be the proper horse of the Said —
        James and to the Said James of right to be long and Appertaine ~
   & minding & fraudulently intending    him the Said James in this behalf
        ^ craftilly and Subtilly to deceive and defraud the Said horse to the Said
        James Tho’ often thereunto requested hath not delivered but the horse afd
