John Winslade | Sumõned to answer unto Flower Walker of a —


   plea yt. he render unto him the full and Just Sume
      of one thousand and Six hundred thirty three pounds of good Sound ~
      Merchantable leaf tobacco and Casq convenient for the Same without
      ground leavs and trash at Some Convenient plantation in Chester
      river which to him he oweth and from him he unjustly detains
      (as pr the decln filed in this Court by Richd. Macklin his Attry may
      of the plaintf May appeare)
             And the Said Defendt: in his prper prson Comes and defends
      the force and Injury when &ca. And fprays leave to Imprle
      to Imprle hereunto untill next Court and he hath it the Same
      Day is given the Plaintf Also ~
             Att which Said next Court to wit this twenty fifth day
      of Novr Anno Dmi. 1702 the Comes the Said Plaintf by his Attry afd
      but the Sd Deft. Altho’. Solemnly called Cometh not to make
      Defence in the Accõn afd but makes default . whereupon
      the Plaintf prays Judgt.
        It is therefore Considered by the Court here this twenty fifth
      Day of Novr. afd that the Said Flower Walker recover agt: the –
      Said John Winslade As well the Sume of one thousand Six
      hundred thirty three pounds of tobacco the debt afd as the Sume=
      of two hundred and ninety nine ———— pounds of tobo.
      Cost of Suit and the Defendt. in Mercy &ca.
