      As pr Said Account and decln filed in this Court by Richd. Macklin Attry of
      the plaintf May at Large Appeare - ) and the decln Copyd being [sent?]
      with the writt in order for Tryall the Same Court according to Act of —
      Assembly, The Deft: by Michl. Earle his Attry Appeares & this
      Cause is thereupon Contd. untill next Cort At which Said next
      Court to wit this twenty fifth day of Novr 1702. Comes the
      Said Plaintf by his Attry afd and prays Judgt. for his debt
      & Cost to him &ca. for As Much as the Deft. hath not filed
      his plea according to the rules of this Court in yt. behalf
      Made Nor Appeared To Make Defence in the accõn afd
           And thereupon it is considered by the Court here this —
      twenty fifth day of November afd that the Sd. Jno. Hawkins
      Senr. Recover against the Said Henry Hynson as well —
      the Sume of two thousand And Seventy nine pounds of tobacco and —
      fourteen Shillings Sterg Damages upon the Account afd As the Sume ofd
      two hundred and ninety one —— pounds of tobacco cost of Suit and ye.

Isaac Caulk |    Attorneys of the Said Court of a plea of Trespass
      upon the Case (   for the Sume of Six hundred pounds of tobacco
      as by A Note whereon the decln is founded and ye. Decln it self filed in
      this Court by the Sd Macklin in his prpr prson May Appeare- )
           And the Said Deft. in his proper person Comes and defends
      the force and Injury when &ca and prays leave to Imparle hereunto
      untill next Court and he hath it the Same day is given the plaintf-
      Also.    At Which Said next Court to wit this twenty fifth day of
      Novr. Anno Dmi 1702 Comes the Said Plaintf in his prpr prson as afd
      And prays Judgt: for yt. the Said Defendt. hath not filed his plea
      nor Appeared to make Defence in the Accõn aforesd. but made —
      Default.
                It is therefore Considered by the Court here this twenty fifth
      day of Novr. in the first yeare of her Majtys Reign &ca. Annoq
      Dmi 1702// That the Said Richd. Macklin recover against the Said –
      Isaac Caulk As well The Sume of Six hundred pounds of tobo. the
      Debt as afd As the Sume of two hundred and Eighty Seven pounds of
      pounds of tobacco Cost of Suit and the deft. in Mercy &ca.
