Constitution of Maryland and Sec. 13 of Art. 23A of the
Annotated Code of Maryland, 1957 Edition as amended,
entitled "Corporations - Municipal" to amend the Charter of
The Commissioners of Church Creek, by repealing and
reenacting, with amendments. Sec. 4—9 entitled "Powers;
^axes; tax collector" of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Dorchester County, subtitled "Church Creek", removing the
limitation on taxes and enumerating the specific powers that
the City may enjoy.

[Section 4-9 of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Dorchester County, repealed and added.
