Annotated Code of Maryland (1957 Edition); and
WHEREAS, as a result of the inadvertence, the Charter of
FIRST FIDELITY SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION, INC.
was forfeited;
NOW, THEREFORE, I, MARVIN MANDEL, GOVERNOR OF THE STATE
OF MARYLAND, by authority vested in me under Article
81, Section 204(a), Annotated Code of Maryland, do
hereby declare FIRST FIDELITY SAVINGS AND LOAN
ASSOCIATION, INC. reinstated, and due notice of such
reinstatement is being given the State Department of
Assessments and Taxation and the State Comptroller.

EXECUTIVE ORDER OF AUGUST 4, 1976
NUMBERING SYSTEM FOR EXECUTIVE ORDERS
WHEREAS, Since January, 1969, there have been 111
Executive Orders issued; and
WHEREAS, Those Executive Orders that are generally
permanent in nature have been compiled for
publication in the Code of Maryland Regulations, as
required by Article 41, §256C(b) (1) of the Annotated
Code; and
WHEREAS, In conjunction with the Division of State
Documents, a numbering system has been devised for
the identification of all existing and future
Executive Orders, in order to facilitate referral to
those orders; and
WHEREAS, Many of the Executive Orders heretofore issued
have become obsolete, in whole or in part, because
the purposes for which the orders were issued have
been accomplished or because of subsequent Executive
or legislative action;
NOW, THEREFORE, I, MARVIN MANDEL, GOVERNOR OF THE STATE
OF MARYLAND, BY VIRTUE OF THE AUTHORITY VESTED IN ME
BY THE CONSTITUTION AND LAWS OF MARYLAND, AND IN
ACCORDANCE WITH ARTICLE 41, SECTIONS 15CA OF THE
ANNOTATED CODE OF MARYLAND, HEREBY PROMULGATE THE
FOLLOWING ORDER, EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY:
1. The Executive Orders issued during and
after January, 1969 are assigned the identification
number indicated in the attached appendix.
2. Each Executive Order issued after the
