FOR the purpose of legalizing the 1976 Cumulative
Supplement to the Baltimore County Code, 1968, and
to make the same evidence of the portions of the
Charter, rules, regulations, resolutions, public
local laws, and laws of Baltimore County, Maryland,
purporting to be contained therein.

Dear Mr. Speaker:
In accordance with Article II, Section 17 of the
Maryland Constitution, I have today vetoed House Bill
813.
This bill legalizes the 1976 Cumulative Supplement
to the 1968 edition of the Baltimore County Code.
Senate Bill 381, which was enacted by the General
Assembly and signed by me on March 8, 1977, accomplishes
the same purpose.
Therefore, it is unnecessary for me to sign House
Bill 813.
