AN ACT concerning
Driver Education - Funding
FOR the purpose of repealing the funding State support of
the driver education program; reducing the driver
increasing a certain driver's license application
fee; providing for disbursement of fees; eliminating
the laboratory instruction requirement as part of
the driver education program; changing certain cross
references; changing certain obsolete provisions
concerning driver education programs in public
schools; and clarifying language.
