AN ACT to revise the Public Local Laws of Wicomico
County, Maryland by repealing Section 163, titled
"Clerk of People's Court; collections,"; Section
164, titled "Same; bond, removal."; Section 165,
titled "Judge and Clerk; salaries, office."; Section
166, titled "Separability.", relating to People's
Court and Justices of the Peace.

WHEREAS, pursuant to Act IV, Section 41-I of the
Constitution of Maryland the jurisdiction and judicial
power of the Justices of the Peace and People's Court is
withdrawn and placed in the District Courts, whereby
Sections 163—166 are no longer pertinent.
